ChemiCloud Hosting Review

ChemiCloud is a good fit for small businesses that want to move their websites and email together. If you’re coming from another cPanel host, ChemiCloud can transfer your site files, databases, and mailboxes. I’d choose Shared Pro for several small sites. It supports multiple websites, but they all share the same 35 GB of storage.

Changing hosts gets more complicated when the old account holds years of customer email as well as the website. Before comparing prices, I’d find out who will move the mail, how much space the account uses, and what the next invoice will look like. I based this review on ChemiCloud’s published plans, migration instructions, and service terms. My verdict reflects those documents. I haven’t tested ChemiCloud’s servers or support.

Why I’d Shortlist ChemiCloud for a Move

ChemiCloud’s migration guide includes website files, databases, and email data for eligible cPanel transfers. It asks you to request the free move within 60 days of activation. If your current host uses another control panel, ask what ChemiCloud can move before ordering. Its guide describes a separate email transfer process for mailboxes that support IMAP.

I’d keep the old account active until I could send and receive mail on the new one and confirm that contact forms, logins, and key pages still work. A hosting move and a domain registration transfer are separate jobs. You can keep the domain with your current registrar and point it to the new host.

Starter, Pro, or Turbo?

I’d use Starter for one small site. Pro gives you more room for a second site and a longer period to recover an older backup. Turbo makes sense if you already know you need its extra memory, storage, or backup history.

Shared planSitesStorageRAMDaily backup history
Starter120 GB2 GB10 days
ProMultiple35 GB4 GB20 days
TurboMultiple50 GB6 GB30 days

ChemiCloud advertises unlimited websites on Pro and Turbo. The storage, memory, and file limits still apply to the account. If you host several sites and their email together, add up their storage before you pick a plan.

What You Pay Upfront and at Renewal

On November 8, 2026, ChemiCloud’s US-dollar promotion showed Starter at $2.95 a month for 12 months and $1.49 a month for 36 months. That comes to $35.40 and $53.64 respectively before taxes and extras. The longer term lowers the monthly equivalent but costs more on day one.

The same promotion displayed a crossed-out $11.95 monthly rate for 36-month Starter. That would equal $430.20 over another 36 months if the rate applied. ChemiCloud’s terms say promotions apply to the initial term and services renew at the then-current standard rate. Ask for the renewal amount and billing date for the exact term you’re buying.

What You Gain and What to Check

What I like. Shared plans include domain mailboxes and daily backups. Pro and Turbo list one-click restores, which is useful if a plugin update breaks a page. ChemiCloud lists around-the-clock chat and ticket support, so there’s a way to ask for help during an evening or weekend move.

What I’d check. ChemiCloud’s help center says it has no phone support. Its 45-day guarantee applies to eligible initial shared hosting purchases, and domain fees and some extras can be excluded. I’d save a copy of the order and check which charges are refundable before buying a domain or add-on alongside hosting.

When I’d Pick a Different Plan

If you want a separate cPanel login for each client, look at Reseller Hosting. If a busy store already hits shared CPU or database limits, ask ChemiCloud to size a Managed VPS for the workload and quote remote backups. The shared plan’s visitor estimate tells you little about how a busy checkout will behave.

ChemiCloud’s separate Managed WordPress service is worth pricing if you want features such as selective staging pushes and a content delivery network allowance. Budget separately for email. If your current host already handles mail and you only need to move a simple site, the main reason I’d pick ChemiCloud becomes less important. Compare what each option costs to renew.
